Sending cuckolding greeting cards

I love creating and sending E cards like the one above to some very close friends or lovers. Has anyone created cards of their own on this theme? Did you actually send them? I find that it can be an interesting way of introducing the idea of cuckolding to a potential lover so he knows that Michael is cool with the idea.
